Centenary House offer received

As part of the Council’s drive to save up to £2 million a year by streamlining our office accommodation, an offer has been received to buy Centenary House in West Bridgford.

On Monday 17 September, the Finance and Property Committee will consider accepting the offer.

The offer is subject to suitable planning permission being given for the site’s proposed use/development.

This will give the Council until the end of March next year to find suitable alternative office accommodation in the West Bridgford area.
